Welcome to MiniSet ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the MiniSet Apple Watch application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Data
We do not collect any personal data. MiniSet does not require account creation, login credentials, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information.

All workout data you create in MiniSet (including exercises, sets, reps, weights, templates, and personal records) is stored in your private iCloud database using Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us. We cannot view, access, or use your workout data in any way.
Using CloudKit ensures that your data is securely backed up and automatically restored if you reinstall the app or switch to a new device. Your data remains private and under your control at all times, protected by Apple's security infrastructure and your iCloud account credentials.
2.3 Analytics and Tracking
We do not use analytics or tracking tools. MiniSet does not integrate with any third-party analytics services, advertising platforms, or tracking mechanisms. We do not monitor how you use the App.
2.4 Voice Data
When you use the AI-powered voice input feature to log workouts, voice processing is handled by Apple's system-level speech recognition APIs. Voice data is processed on-device when possible or sent to Apple's servers according to Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your voice recordings.
3. How We Use Your Information
Since we don't collect any information, we don't use any information. Your workout data is stored in your private iCloud database using CloudKit, where only you have access. All data processing happens within the App on your devices to provide core functionality:
- Storing and managing your workout history in your private CloudKit database
- Creating and using workout templates
- Calculating personal records and statistics
- Displaying your workout progress and history
- Syncing data across your devices via your iCloud account
We cannot access, view, or process any of your workout data stored in CloudKit. It remains completely private to you.

We do not share any data with third parties because we don't collect any data in the first place. MiniSet does not:

- Integrate with social media platforms
- Share data with business partners
The only exception is when you voluntarily export your workout data via CSV. In that case, you control where and how that exported data is shared.
5. Data Storage and Security
5.1 CloudKit Storage
Your workout data is stored in your private iCloud database using Apple's CloudKit framework. CloudKit provides secure, encrypted storage that is tied to your personal iCloud account. This data is protected by Apple's industry-leading security infrastructure, including end-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest.
We do not have access to your CloudKit data. Only you can access your workout information through the MiniSet app on devices signed in to your iCloud account.
5.2 Device Synchronization
Because your data is stored in CloudKit, it automatically syncs across all your Apple devices (Apple Watch and iPhone) that are signed in to the same iCloud account. This ensures your workout history is always up to date and accessible on all your devices.
5.3 Data Export
You can export your workout data in CSV format at any time. Once exported, you have complete control over this data, and it becomes your responsibility to protect it.
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Data Ownership
You own all your workout data. Your data is stored in your private iCloud database, which is part of your personal iCloud account. You have complete control over it, and we cannot access it.
6.2 Data Deletion
You can delete individual workouts, templates, or all data at any time within the App. When you delete data, it is removed from your CloudKit database. If you uninstall the App, your data remains in your iCloud account and will be restored if you reinstall the App. To permanently delete all data, you can clear it within the App before uninstalling, or manage your iCloud storage settings through your Apple device.
6.3 Data Portability
You can export all your workout data in CSV format at any time, allowing you to transfer your data to other applications or services of your choice.
7. Children's Privacy
MiniSet is not directed at children under the age of 13. Since we don't collect any data, this is not a concern, but users should be of appropriate age to use fitness tracking applications.
8. Third-Party Services
8.1 Apple Services
MiniSet uses Apple's native frameworks and APIs, including:
- CloudKit: For securely storing your workout data in your private iCloud database
- Speech Recognition: For voice-powered workout logging
- HealthKit: (Optional) For integrating with Apple Health

MiniSet is available worldwide through the Apple App Store. Your workout data is stored in your private iCloud database, which is managed by Apple according to their global data storage and privacy practices. Apple stores iCloud data in data centers around the world, but your data remains encrypted and accessible only to you through your iCloud account.
We do not transfer, access, or process your data across borders because we cannot access your CloudKit data at all. Data residency and international transfers are handled entirely by Apple's iCloud infrastructure according to their privacy policy and applicable laws.
